It is included on every mobile device from Apple and it can be used for creating and sharing events. While Calendar may display a default start of the week depending on your regional settings, this day can be changed.
If you go into Calendar and note that your regional setting is set to United States, for example, you may notice that the day of the week starts on a Sunday.
